Each adult over 18 must submit a completed and signed application. An application is available below in a printable .PDF, our office, fax or mail. |

Attach proof of income such as pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns if self-employed, etc. An application submitted without proof of income will not be processed |

Each applicant is to submit a credit check fee of $35.00. Please submit this fee in a money order or cashiers check. No cash or personal checks accepted. Make money orders payable to VIP Management. |

We will make copies of your S.S. card and Drivers license at the VIP Office. |

All properties for rent require that your income be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Your credit history must be free of Evictions, Judgments and un-paid utility bills. If you know your credit history is poor, you may submit a statement along with your application explaining why your credit is unsatisfactory. |
