Other management companies will claim to charge a lower monthly rate but will charge you for services such as: Vacancy rates, advertising, mail and even keep late rental fees. These fees are in addition to the monthly service fee. We have no hidden costs and want our owners to get the most out of their investment.

NO VACANCY RATES
Full Management Service Fee
- Renting/leasing: 50% of the 1st months rent when the tenant is placed and 10% of rent each month thereafter.
- Advertising Costs are INCLUDED.
