  • What should I do if I want to get a pet?

    In general, without prior written permission, our leases say "NO PETS." We ask you submit your pet request in writing BEFORE you bring any animal to the property. Failure to get permission could land you in violation of your rental contract!

  • We broke something in the house - what's next?

    We recommend submitting a work order to have it repaired. There will be a charge, but it is better to address it upfront vs leaving it to be charged against your deposit. 

  • Can our rent be increased?

    If your initial lease is expired, the answer is typically yes. Rents are frequently reviewed and adjusted annually. 

  • What is your policy on roommates?

    Each adult occupant needs to submit a rental application for approval PRIOR to occupying the home. Our lease prohibits subletting, so be sure you reach out to get approval before moving anyone else in that is not on your lease.


  • Do you guys inspect the property?

    Yes, typically there is at least 1x per year maintenance safety inspection. We try to work as best around your schedule as we can.

  • I'm having trouble paying rent. What should I do?

    Contact our bookkeeping department immediately. Failure to do so can result in an eviction being started, which will affect your credit & rent history.
